Describe the Product Goal
Start with the product type and intended use: a staff badge, enamel pin, challenge coin, event medal, membership item, donor recognition piece, or other program.
The intended use can influence size, backing, relief, packaging, and whether a physical sample is helpful.
Provide the Core Specification
The specification does not need to be a factory drawing on day one, but it should give the production team enough to review the route and quote responsibly.
- Quantity or quantity options
- Target diameter, width, or height
- Artwork, logo, sketch, or reference image
- 2D or 3D preference if known
- Finish, color, backing, lanyard, or ribbon direction
- Packaging or presentation requirement
State the Delivery Reality
Provide the actual in-hands date, country, city, and postal code. A project can only be assessed correctly when artwork approval, sample timing, production, courier service, and customs are considered together.
If you need DDP delivery or a specific carrier option, include that request in the brief.
Identify Approval and Sample Needs
Mention whether a physical sample is required and who needs to approve the artwork or sample. An association, sponsor, event owner, or internal committee can change the real project calendar.
Upload the file or reference image with the inquiry. The simplified contact form is designed to accept one attachment.
What to include in your quote request
A complete brief produces a more useful feasibility review than a generic product request.
- Product type and use
- Quantity
- Size
- Artwork attachment
- Finish and feature preferences
- Date, destination, sample, and approval needs
