We control the entire supply chain, allowing us to offer flexible MOQs, faster turnaround times, and strict quality assurance.
1. Mold Making
Our CNC engraving machines create precise steel molds based on your approved artwork. We use high-grade steel to ensure the mold lasts for thousands of impressions.
2. Die Casting / Stamping
Depending on the design, we use Zinc Alloy Die Casting (for 3D/complex shapes) or Brass/Iron Stamping (for 2D/flat designs).
3. Polishing
Every piece is hand-polished to remove burrs and create a smooth surface ready for plating. This is a critical step for a high-quality finish.
4. Electroplating
We offer a wide range of plating finishes including Gold, Silver, Nickel, Bronze, Antique, and Black Nickel. Dual-plating is also available.
5. Color Filling
Skilled workers fill enamel colors by hand or machine. We offer Soft Enamel (recessed), Hard Enamel (smooth/flat), and Printed options.
6. Quality Control
100% inspection before packing. We check for color accuracy, plating quality, and attachment security to ensure zero defects.
