Spanish Bodybuilding Competition Medal Case: 400 Awards in Four Tiers
How one natural-bodybuilding event coordinated gold, silver, bronze and participant awards with a consistent dimensional design system and custom lanyards.

Case boundary and permission note
This is a completed project published with permission to use the customer's product images. The buyer's personal contact details and private messages are not published. The later apparel purchase is recorded as a continued purchasing relationship, not as a quoted customer testimonial.
A bodybuilding event must coordinate more than a simple gold, silver and bronze split. The organizer has to decide how champions, podium placements and participants will be recognized, while keeping all versions visually connected and ready for the same ceremony. This completed Spanish project shows how one dimensional medal system was carried across four award tiers.
1. The completed project at a glance
The Spanish organizer requested four medal versions: gold, silver and bronze for podium recognition, plus a black version for participant or additional-category recognition. Each version had a quantity of 100 medals, creating a total production run of 400 custom medals with matching custom lanyards.
| Project fact | Completed award plan |
|---|---|
| Award plan | Gold, silver, bronze and black participant medals |
| Quantity | 100 medals per award tier; 400 medals in total |
| Presentation size | 10–15 cm range requested by the organizer |
| Design features | Dimensional bodybuilding artwork, colour detail and custom orange lanyards |
| Production discussion | The organizer requested an approximately 12-day manufacturing window |
| Outcome | All 400 medals were completed; the customer later placed an additional apparel order |
2. One design language, four recognition levels
The medals use a strong sculpted bodybuilding subject, layered metal relief, Spanish colour accents and a consistent orange lanyard. The colour and finish treatment distinguish the award level while the central design language remains recognizably part of the same event.

Bronze tier
Podium recognition with antique bronze presentation

Silver tier
Podium recognition with silver finish

Black tier
Participant or additional-category recognition
3. What organizers should decide before quoting a multi-tier medal order
A multi-tier order becomes easier to quote when the organizer sends the quantity per award level, medal-size preference, event date, delivery city and lanyard plan together. This prevents the factory from guessing whether a colour difference is only plating, a different metal finish, a different design or an entirely separate production requirement.
Award-tier quantity split
State every medal tier and quantity separately. This allows the factory to plan finish changes, sorting and packaging correctly.
Lanyard as part of the award
Include lanyard colour, text or artwork, width, length and attachment requirement in the same approval plan as the medal.
Event-date planning
For ordinary competition projects, allow enough time for artwork, sample approval, production and courier transit. Rush feasibility depends on the exact brief and destination.
Visual hierarchy
Keep the main event identity consistent, then use finishes, colour placement and text to make every recognition level instantly understandable.
4. From one medal project to a continued supplier relationship
All 400 medals were completed, and the customer subsequently placed an additional apparel order with Minghui. That follow-on order is a practical signal that event organizers value a supplier who can manage a detailed award plan and continue supporting adjacent event requirements. It is not a public testimonial; it is the recorded outcome of this customer relationship.
